Who we are
AdRouter is a product of Yarkey Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15875161. Its registered office is 91 Gordon Road, London, W5 2AL, United Kingdom. You can contact us at admin@yarkeyltd.com.
What AdRouter does
AdRouter lets you manage your Google Ads accounts from one place. You connect your Google account, and AdRouter reads your campaigns and reports and makes the changes you ask for, such as a new budget or a paused campaign.
Google user data we access
When you connect Google, you grant AdRouter the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) and your basic profile and email address. With this access AdRouter reads the accounts you can manage, their campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets and performance reports. AdRouter changes an account only when you ask it to.
How we use and store it
We use Google user data only to show your ad accounts to you and to carry out the actions you ask for. We store your OAuth refresh token encrypted, and we keep a daily copy of your report numbers so pages load fast. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. People at Yarkey do not read it, unless you ask us for support, we must do so for security, or the law requires it.
Sharing
We do not share Google user data with third parties. Our hosting and database providers (Vercel Inc. and Supabase Inc.) process it only to run AdRouter for you.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your Google account stays connected. When you disconnect Google in AdRouter, or email admin@yarkeyltd.com, we delete your tokens and stored report data within 30 days. You can also remove AdRouter access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use
AdRouter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK GDPR, you may ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. Contact us at admin@yarkeyltd.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
